Kprime is a Professional Real Estate Company headquartered in the South San Francisco Bay Area specializing in all phases of real estate investment projects. Our expertise spans from the initial purchase, management/oversite, through final sale. Our conservative approach has lead to many successful projects for owners and investors alike over the past 40+ years of operations.

Edward Kellar

Ed has been investing in real estate investment properties for the past 40+ years, specializing in the formation, development and management of many residential real estate syndications. He has syndicated 13 residential projects, which has ranged in size from 24 units to 240 units per project. For these syndicated properties and properties of his own account he has raised over $15M in initial capital, with an overall equity capital range of $100M.
His property management firm has managed over 1,000 units of investment properties. Additionally over the past 20+ years, within his corporations, he has developed many church and commercial projects through out the State of California.
Jason Kellar

As Broker/Owner of Kprime Realty and Management Corp, Jason leads Residential and Commercial real estate services including property purchase/sale and property management. Additionally, serves as CEO of the corporation to guide company direction and initiatives.
An experienced REALTOR and Commercial Portfolio manager for over 20+ years in the SF Bay Area. Backed by a strong technical background in information technology, Jason helps manage/streamline the complex real estate transaction process for Kprime customers.

Madeline Knight

Madeline began her real estate career at the age of 13 when she began leasing and managing her father’s apartments and office buildings. Years later, as a real estate professional she has bought, sold and managed residential and commercial properties in the bay area as well as rural areas of California.
Her background in interior design has been utilized to help her clients see potential in their property searches. Working with first time buyers, growing families and seniors moving to their retirement homes has been her focus. Knowing what is needed by each client is her total focus. She works for you.
